Dapeng Bay is located on the southwest coast of Taiwan and across the sea from Xiaoliuqiu. It is Taiwan’s largest single-mouthed capsule lagoon. Above the only channel connecting to the sea is the famous Pengwan Cross-Sea Bridge. The side of the bridge looks like a sail, and there are bridge openings to watch every Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Dapeng Bay has rich ecology and attracts all kinds of resident birds and migratory birds to come for food, and its wonderful posture attracts people to stop. In the late Japanese governance period, the military base had a history of the Kanfeng Special Attack Team, and it was also used as an air force camp after its restoration. In addition, there are water activities and racing stadiums, which are a good place for diverse bicycle tours.

Departure: Take your bicycle to the Kaohsiung MRT and depart from Siaogang Station. Return: Take the bicycle-friendly trains back to Kaohsiung at the Taiwan Railway Linbian Station to end the trip.

Precautions

Pay attention to the high temperature in summer and prepare for sun protection.
There are many tourists in Little Liuqiuduring holidays and weekends, and tourists will rent motorcycles on the island to go around the island, so it is recommended to avoid such busiest times as much as possible.
The ferry between Donggang and Little Liuqiu is divided into private and public ones. The private company's ferry and the public ferry will stop at different ports at Little Liuqiu. The privately operated ferry is Baishawei Fishing Harbor, and the public one is Dafu Fishing Harbor.
If you are going by car, take your bicycle to the Dapeng Bay Management Office parking lot and depart from there.
There is a rental station near Dapeng Bay.
