Located in the Jianan Plain, Jianan Dazhen is one of the most important water conservancy projects to date during the Japanese reign. It was originally planned and built by Yada and a institute, a water conservancy engineering technician of the Taiwan Governor's Office, and was officially completed and put into use in 1930. The irrigation range of Jianan Dazhen spans the essence of Taiwan's agriculture, that is, the current Yunlin County, Chiayi County and Tainan City, with an area of 150,000 hectares. With this great water conservancy project back then, the Jianan Plain has become the most important barn in Taiwan and also connects the positive and hard-working style of Taiwan's rural areas. In the past, due to the complex roads, it was not easy to go deep into the rural areas of the Jianan Plain by bicycle. However, now we can build along this water-zinc, which is 88 kilometers long and runs across the Jianan Plain. We can ride on this fertile soil in the best way to deeply understand the rural areas of Taiwan.
